We are thrilled to announce that Meaningful Occasions is gearing up for our second annual Fall Festival at the East Boston Neighborhood Health! There’s a lot to manage, but the excitement and joy this event brings to the community makes every piece worth it, and we couldn’t be more ready to get started.

Preparation is Key

Before the fun begins, we dive into all the administrative tasks that go into planning such a large event. Once that’s out of the way, it’s straight to a site visit to ensure everything is in place. Even though we’ve set up at East Boston Neighborhood Health before, it’s always important to check for any changes—whether it's construction, new additions to the space, or simply making sure we’re fully prepared. We’ll be checking outlets, entrances, exits, and every inch of the venue to ensure we maximize the space and create the best festival experience for everyone.

What to Expect at This Year’s Festival

This year’s festival promises to be bigger and better than ever! Here’s a sneak peek at some of the exciting elements we have lined up:

• Delicious Food: Featuring Bocadillos Empanadas & Caribbean food, holiday beverages, snacks from Meaningful Occasions, and dancing elotes.

• Entertainment: Talented dancers from the Veronica Robles Center and Maria the Face Painter to add some color and fun to the day.

• Activities for All Ages: Fall-themed canvas painting, a photo booth, cornhole, a bubble machine, and more!

• Community Vendors: Showcasing local goods and services, offering fresh apples and pumpkins for families to take home.

• Vaccination Clinic: As always, we’ll provide free vaccinations for families, ensuring health and safety remain a priority.
